Real Life. Real Demands.

Prince Sorronda didn’t have the luxury of training full time. Between family responsibilities, a demanding job, and a hectic schedule, finding time to prepare for an Ironman 70.3 was a challenge on its own.

That’s the reality for most age group athletes. Life doesn’t pause for race season. Work doesn’t slow down. Family still needs you. And somewhere in between all of that, you’re supposed to swim, bike, and run your way to the finish line of one of the most demanding endurance events in the world.

Prince didn’t make excuses. He made it work. And Ryan built a plan designed to meet him exactly where he was.

Train Smart. Not Just Hard.

With limited time available, every session had to count. Ryan focused the training on what would actually move the needle on race day: race-specific sessions, sustainable effort on the bike, running on tired legs, and dialing in fueling well before race day.

There was no room for junk miles. No padding the training log with workouts that didn’t serve a purpose. Just focused, intentional preparation built around the time Prince actually had.

When life got busy and the schedule shifted, Prince adapted. That consistency — not perfection — is what got him to the finish line.

🚴
Bike Effort
Holding a sustainable pace on the bike to protect the run.
🏃
Running Tired
Brick training so the run legs showed up after 56 miles on the bike.
⚡
Race Fueling
Nutrition practiced in training so nothing was guessed on race day.
📅
Consistency
Adapting when life got busy and staying the course no matter what.

Ironman 70.3 Wisconsin

Race day in Wisconsin. 70.3 miles of swimming, cycling, and running. The kind of day that tests everything you’ve built in training — your fitness, your fueling, your mental game, and your ability to hold it together when it gets hard.

Prince had done the work. He knew his effort on the bike. He knew his nutrition. He knew how to run on tired legs because he’d done it in training over and over again.

He stayed consistent across all three disciplines, executed the plan, and crossed the finish line in 6:06:18. Not just a finish — a performance.

Between family, a demanding job, and a hectic schedule — Prince Sorronda trained for Ironman 70.3 Wisconsin with the time he had. He stayed consistent, adapted when life got busy, and crossed that finish line.

That’s what this is really about. Not perfect conditions. Not unlimited time. Just showing up, doing the work, and getting it done.

“Prince stayed consistent, adapted when life got busy, and crossed the finish line. Proud of you, bro. You made it happen.”
